Our major global client will shortly be moving into brand new state of the art offices within Stockley Park (near West Drayton) and is seeking a professional receptionist. A great deal of emphasis is placed on this role and skills, personality and a very professional appearance are all of equal importance. Although your primary task is to offer all callers and visitors a superb impression and warm welcome there will also be other wide and varied duties which include:- Operate and maintain franking machine, book meeting rooms, keep inventory of visitor badges, record deliveries, organize travel arrangements as requested, maintain travel lists and company photographs. You will also assist with other administration duties and competent IT skills are essential. The role will initially based in Windsor on a contract basis prior to moving to Stockley Park.
