The Opportunity

This is a great chance to contribute to the expansion of a successful retail manufacturer across Europe. This role involves planning and organising the sales order process for both stock and bespoke orders. Working within a fast paced, small but dynamic team, this role is ideally suited to someone who is bright, proactive and who speaks fluent French and English.

The Company

This is a business which values providing a work / life balance with most roles working a 35 hour week (9am-5pm).

Based near to Reading, this role is commutable by train, bus and car from locations such as Slough, Newbury, Bracknell, Basingstoke, Maidenhead and Ascot.

They can offer you a bright, open-plan office to work with just under 100 staff on-site. This is a multinational team which further complements the fact this is a global business.

The Role

This is a customer driven role where you will be the primary point of contact for bespoke orders (phone and email communication will be handled on a daily basis).

Crucially, you will be working in both French and English so both languages do need to be spoken and written to a fluent level.

This is a fast paced role where you will have dialogue with different internal and external stakeholders throughout the supply chain (warehousing, logistics, import / export), couriers, distributors etc.)

With excellent IT skills (MS Office and ERP software would be a huge bonus), you will be a proactive, driven and personable character who wants to provide the best customer support to everyone they liaise with throughout the working day.
