Our Dublin based client, a well established organisation within the telecoms and technical sector, is currently recruiting for a French Returns Tea, Administrator. This is a fixed term contract for the duration of twelve months and requires the successful candidate to provide administrative support to the RMA process and other closely associated functions. The key responsibilities associated with this role include the following: * Managing the RMA requests and all related queries from the retailers from within the Francophonic market * Ensuring adherence by various retailers to the various policies in relation to returns * Processing and monitoring French retailer Activity * Coordinating shipment and liaising with the various carriers and couriers * Internal liaison in order to settle any queries relating to return requests * Processing claims (for lost product) * Manage proof of delivery requests * Assisting in the identification of unidentifiable returns/returned items In order to perform well in this role, it is essential to possess excellent IT skills, including familiarity with the following software packages and applications: * Lotus Notes databases * Spreadsheets incl. Access and Excel * Web sites and the Internet Due to the client base, it is a pre-requisite for all applicants to possess fluent written and spoken French. As the role requires extensive liaison both, internally and externally, strong communication skills are considered vital. Attentiveness to detail, accuracy and the ability to manage your time efficiently are all essential personal traits in regards to the role in question. Although my client has expressed the importance of candidates possessing the ability to work efficiently within a team, it is important for candidates to also be able to demonstrate the ability to work well autonomously and on their own incentive. Additionally, the ability to multitask and strong organisational and interpersonal skills will be considered beneficial.
