Our global client based in Bracknell (Berkshire) is currently seeking a French speaking Purchase Ledger Clerk. This role working within the Finance / Accounts department of a multinational leader within their sector. Starting on an initial three month temporary contract, this role will have the possibility of extensions or turning into a permanent contract (dependant upon headcount approval). As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will ideally possess previous exposure to a company's Accounts Payable function although a general accounts background will also be considered. This role requires fluency in spoken and written French and any knowledge of German or Danish will also be beneficial. This role will involve all aspects of managing supplier invoices and records, actioning payments, manage the payment runs (BACS and Cheques) and effectively handling internal and external queries. Prior experience of matching, batching and coding invoices and reconciliations is highly beneficial. Based in Bracknell (Berkshire), this role is commutable from locations such as Reading, Camberley, Ascot, Windsor, Maidenhead, Sandhurst, Wokingham and Aldershot.
