Customer Services Representative requiring French, language skills to work for a well established business. Salary: £21,000 + bonus + range of benefits. The successful candidate will join a friendly team who are responsible for supporting business customers throughout the EMEA region. Within this role your duties will include: - Liaising with business customers regarding product enquiries - Processing orders and keeping the customer up to date with the progress of their order. - Proactively deal with any order discrepancies and provide a high level of customer service at all times. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English and French language skills, you will be confident working in a B2B order processing/customer services environment and be an excellent team player. In return our client is offering a competitive salary and benefits package. Due to the location of our client's offices, transport is required unless you live in the immediate local area. The office can be reached by car from locations such as High Wycombe, Bourne End, Maidenhead, Slough and surrounding towns in the Berkshire/Buckinghamshire region.
