Our client, an established provider of summer language courses, is looking for a Flight / Travel Coordinator to join their team for the peak business period. Based in the main office in Windsor, with occasional site visits, you would be responsible for coordinating the travel arrangements for several hundred young students arriving from multiple locations over the summer period. This will mainly involve international flight arrangements, but will also include train and coach arrangements within the UK. You will be finalising bookings, creating itineraries for students and teachers, pre-paying the necessary deposits and ensuring credit arrangements are set up correctly. You will prepare briefings and liaise with senior staff members and host families and attend any meetings as required. This is a busy role that requires excellent time management and organisational skills. It would be ideal for graduate calibre candidates, looking for summer work. This is a challenging role which will keep the sucessful candidate on their toes on a daily basis, you will be required to meet deadlines and work within budgets.
