The Opportunity Working closely with the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for financial record-keeping as well as providing general administrative support for the office / team. This is very much a 50/50 split role and requires a multi-tasking, professional finance & administration coordinator who is fully prepared to roll their sleeves up to whatever they are tasked with. Key Responsibilities - Finance - Sub-ledger management: Creditor ledgers, bank ledgers, debtor ledgers - Assisting with cashflow reporting / forecasting - Assisting with management accounts preparation - Processing of expense claims - Commercial invoice generation - Assisting with accounts receivable tasks Key Responsibilities - Administration - Shipping & logistics support - Team administration including travel arrangements and meeting organisation - HR administration support - Sales order processing The Candidate With the ability to multi-task across different fields, you will have an astute mind for financial records and account assessment. A firm but consummate professional, you will be comfortable managing multiple administration and support tasks within a busy, fast-paced environment. The Client This global enterprise is a hub of ingenuity. Located in Wokingham they are commutable from various locations. This is a small UK head office and applicants do need to be comfortable working in a quiet environment. You will have frequent liaison with offices in India, US and China. Any candidates with Mandarin or Cantonese are of particular interest.
