Our client is seeking a Finance Administrator to join an exciting and vibrant company in the Reading area. Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for assisting in the day to day administration of the company’s accounts and invoicing as well as undertaking reception and administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the office. Within this role you will be tasked with processing all new work orders, preparing company invoicing ensuring these are sent on a time. You will also manage and maintain the forecasting for client revenues and reconcile client accounts as well as assist in the production of finance reports and the processing staff expenses. In the absence of the office manager you will be required to answer telephone calls and be the first point of contact for visitors and carry out general administration tasks. The successful candidate will be numerate, possessing excellent IT skills particularly with MS Excel and you will be a team player with an excellent telephone manner. Due to the location of the role all applicants must have a full driving licence and own transport.
