Our client based in Wokingham is looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join their team. The role will include but not be limited to: producing sales invoices on the finance system, banking of receipts, filing company records, maintaining data records and contacting suppliers. You would also be required to support the payroll function liasing with the payroll provider on payroll queries. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the board, chair and MD with minute taking, agenda production and setting up of meetings. You will also be responsible for co-ordinating company wide activities, meetings, team builds, publicity events and support for press releases. You must be an individual who has a great eye for detail and fantastic co-ordination skills to ensure details are available on a timely basis. To be able to work on your own initiative and to tight deadlines in order to deal with issues is also essential. It is required that you have knowledge of formats of Board meetings and are IT literate with MS Office.
