Brief: To generate, maintain, enhance and drive sales and business relationships with assigned key customers/ opportunities in the various market segments in the territory. Essential Function: - To identify, pre-qualify, manage and report on major designs and new opportunities within the assigned region - To co-ordinate technical and commercial resources with the assigned key customer/opportunities in order to increase sales and sales potential - To effectively forecast orders, support new business opportunities and emerging customers in the assigned region - To give effective commerial support to distributors in their major accounts Minimum Requirements: BSC in Electrical, electronic or associated engineering disciplines or equivalent. Track record of sales success in a design-in environment, in market segments such as automotive, consumer, telecom and industrial Special Requirements: Should be conversant with 16 bit microcontrollers. Willingness to travel within territory, occasionally to Europe and periodically to the US for specific training events.
