 Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing projects across operations, mechanical, engineering, lab services and maintenance
  • Responsibility for hard and building services projects across 2 sites
  • Managing assets 
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders including Departmental Managers, Suppliers and on site teams

 

What you need to apply:

 

  • Proven experience managing facilities and operations projects 
  • Mechanical and electrical experience
  • Project management experience or aptitude
  • Highly organised with a focused and engaging manner
  • Ability to influence and engage stakeholders to deliver projects on time and budget
  • NEBOSH general certificate/ISOH equivalent
  • BIFM
