Facilities & H&S Coordinator – contract until end of 2019
As a Facilities and Health & Safety Coordinator, you will be supporting the Facilities Manager with ongoing tasks relating to the smooth operation of a UK head office (approximately 200 staff). This role will be on the temporary ongoing contract until the end of 2019.
The role covers a broad remit of duties within facilities and health & safety (hard and soft services). You will be a capable and efficient administrator; comfortable keeping departmental budgets updated, managing training matrix's and organising / scheduling departmental and committee meetings.
An ideal profile will see someone possessing strong facilities and / or health & safety experience (IOSH / BIFM / IWFM etc.) alongside strong administration skills. You may have worked in a single, multi-site operations or have had exposure to H&S in an events background. Fire safety and first aid training will be of significant advantage in an application.
