An internationally recognised brand name are urgently looking to recruit an Export Customer Administrator to join a busy and diverse team.

Ideal experience will see you having had exposure to managing customers orders within an export team. All backgrounds will be considered although those with previous export administration and customer service experience will be fast tracked. Suitable skills include order processing and working with international warehouses in regards to shipping schedules.

You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, processing credits and warranties, chasing up orders and liaising with distributors and sales managers to resolve complaints and queries. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established company in a busy and varied position.

An additional European language (preferably Czech, Russian, Polish, Hungarian etc) would be advantageous, however this is definitely not essential.
