The Opportunity Joining a proactive team, you will put your interpersonal skills to use through managing the design and plans for implementing the contact and marketing plans that engage with your target audience. Sourcing the attendees for the events that your company hosts, you will interview the applicants and ensure that they are properly registered for attendance. You will work to source these candidates from the marketing results and also from the internal database. Working to certain performance targets, you will ensure that attendance targets are being met. You will also be responsible for meeting with clients and providing support to the Account Director in those types of meetings. Key Responsibilities • Sourcing and registering attendees for multiple events • Designing and implementing marketing plans • Client liaison and support • Administering events and supporting events teams The Candidate You are someone who isn’t afraid to pick up the telephone and call people, you will be inquisitive and a firm decision maker. With experience in evaluating successful marketing campaigns, you will be able to help direct the marketing in bringing in a high level of interest to the events. It is essential that you are a confident multi-tasker as you will have multiple priorities at any one time. An excellent communicator over the phone and in writing, you will be prepared to work to multiple levels of individual.
