Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, organising and delivering events on a UK wide basis
  • Identifying speakers 
  • Putting together marketing campaigns and event/conference packs
  • Liaising with speakers, attendees and relevant stakeholders to insure the success of the event/conference
  • All event logistics including sourcing hotels, travel, printing and delegate packs
  • Company research with a focus on the United Kingdom
  • Answering phones and greeting visitors

What you need to apply:

  • Events coordination experience ideally within the property, house building or construction sectors
  • Data research skills through internet and by phone
  • Excellent telephone manner and the ability to liaise with senior leadership in companies
  • A good knowledge of databases, Microsoft Office and Mailchimp
