The primary purpose of this role is to organise processes for European order flows and to provide comprehensive administrative support to achievement of European sales and delivery targets. A proven track record in sales administration with extensive use of CRM systems is essential as you will maintain the customer database, ensure accuracy of all records, and generate regular bespoke sales, inventory and financial reports. You will also take full responsibility for co-ordinating customer orders, payments and product documentation. Due to the European focus of this position, fluency in German language is required along with extensive and relevant sales administration experience. A strong attention to detail, proactivity and a good overall standard of education is expected, plus advanced levels of computer literacy across MS Office and CRM applications.
