Our client is a US-based technology start-up with offices in Windsor, Berkshire. To help drive European recruitment efforts they are looking to expand the internal recruitment team with a European Recruitment Specialist. This is a first-class opportunity for a highly experienced and ambitious internal or agency-side recruiter to take their career to the next level. Experience in recruiting for positions based in Europe is essential, as is a proven track record in defining high volume recruitment strategy in line the with hiring managers’ needs. Preferred sector experience is technology, IT, aerospace, automotive, or engineering. Additional advanced/fluent European language skills will be considered as advantageous. You will be able to manage a multitude of requisitions at any one time, plus have extensive experience using internal IT systems in order to manage activity and create bespoke reports. Core duties will involve end-to-end management of the recruitment process from initial briefing, developing sourcing methods and advertising, to screening applicants, managing expectations and closing offers.
