Our client are an international IT software vendor looking for a 2nd internal recruiter to join them in their UK office, based between Slough and Maidenhead in their brand new office. The decision has been taken due to the continuous recruitment and growth of the company; despite the first internal recruiter joining last year, the need has continued to grow and it now makes commercial sense to hire a 2nd recruiter. The ideal candidate will be of graduate caliber or with relevant professional acumen and will have had some recruitment experience (either internally or for an agency). They will have worked in the IT sector or have keen interest (and understanding) in the IT software. You'll be responsible for initial screening and interviewing of candidates and depending on how you get on, will become more and more responsible for full interviewing and decision making on the eventual hires. They moved into their office just 4-5 months ago and it is absolutely state of the art; a renovated old mill, it is everything you'd expect from a leading international IT software vendor, with innovative ways to digitally interact with one another, sofa spaces for work banks, stand up desks, all brand new equipment and even a wall covered in foliage as you walk in! The salary will be accordant to the candidate's level of relevant experience, but salary is likely to be around the £25,000 mark with a commission structure per placement. Character wise, you must be personable and fun to fit into this team. Whilst we are not looking for someone too loud or overbearing, but you should certainly have a sense of humour and enjoy talking to people.
