EU Recruiter required for a high growth company based in Maidenhead. This would be an initial 6 months fixed term contract with salary dependent upon previous skills and experience. This is a 360 recruitment role and you will be responsible for the sourcing of high calibre applicants using best practise for attracting, sourcing and screening applicants. The suitable candidate will therefore have sound knowledge of utilising online resources (job boards, LinkedIn etc...) to create a continuous pipeline of talent. Exposure to recruitment across a broad range of commercial areas is advantageous (Sales, Marketing, IT, HR, Technical etc...) as this role will support the entire business function throughout EU. You will be expected to manage the recruitment lifecycle from end to end, liaising directly with hiring managers throughout EU, guiding them through the process and providing detailed assessments for candidates sourced. You will manage the advertising, sourcing and attracting candidates, short listing CV's and presenting to managers, interview process, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in making the hire. Based in Maidenhead, this role is commutable from locations such as Reading, Slough, Marlow, Henley, Bracknell, Camberley, Windsor and Ascot.
