Role = ERP Implementation Manager - Credit Control & Finance (JDE) Contract = Initial 18 month contract (extension likely to 24 months) Why do you want this role? This global business is going through an important period of change where they are rolling out JD Edwards on a global basis. They are looking for a driven Finance professional (O2C & P2P) who is looking for the challenge of supporting the EMEA function (multiple European credit control / finance functions) in implementing JDE over the next 18-24 months. Working in a project team of 6 full time staff and up to a further 6 consultants, you will act of the group process owner for the credit control and finance function. You'll have the tenacity and drive to act as the business conduit to ensure all each of the credit control / finance teams are onboard with the change which is occurring from using a bespoke ERP system interfacing with other software to using one Enterprise level solution (JD Edwards). Alongside this ERP rollout, the company is also going through change in other business areas (eCommerce being a major project) so this is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark on a business which really is looking to continue to improve in the next 2-3 years (permanent contract is possible for an exceptional person) What skills will you possess? You'll possess a proven background in a FMCG business. Alongside this, you must have had exposure to at least one major ERP rollout, ideally on a European or EMEA wide basis. All major systems can be considered including SAP ERP, Sage ERP, Infor ERP, JDE / JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics (Navision / Great Plains) and Epicor ERP (this list is not exhaustive). Ideally you will be ACCA qualified (or through experience) with excellent knowledge of European VAT (EC Sales & Intrastat). Experience with Insight reporting (tools such as Hubble) are of significant benefit. Any project management qualifications (Prince2) are naturally significantly of benefit. Crucially, you will be able to function autonomously but also within a project team. Travel will be expected in 2017 so flexibility is essential. Any additional European language skills (French, German or Italian) are definitely of benefit. Additional Information The interview process will form 2-3 stages with an initial phone interviewed followed by 1-2 face to face meetings. Although the project start date is not until May 2016, they are looking for an ASAP start date to allow for an internal knowledge transfer to occur from a current incumbent.
