We are looking for a Environmental, Health & Safety Compliance Specialist to oversee audit and compliance of the working environment for a $6 billion manufacturing business, with a diverse portfolio.
You will be working with stakeholders across the business in UK, France, Italy & beyond (primarily within the manufacturing sites) to ensure the safety of not only the employments, but supporting ongoing measures for health & safety compliance and improving employee awareness through training.
We would therefore like candidates to come from an educational background in environment, health & safety, occupational hygiene, engineering or equivalent. COSHH, NEBOSH or similar H&S qualifications are desirable.
Most importantly, you should have several years' experience of Health & Safety within a manufacturing/production environment (ideally within original assembly for machinery/automotive/ceramics or similar).
This is a permanent position with frequent travel across the UK & Europe to their various sites, with occasional non-EU travel.
It can be primarily based out of any number of their UK or French sites (to be discussed) on a remote basis
French (or Italian or German) language would be a huge bonus.
