My client is a multinational technology company with UK offices in Maidenhead, Berkshire. Due to extensive headcount growth plans for the European function, they have an immediate requirement for an EMEA Recruitment Coordinator. Any language skills (German, French, Dutch, Swedish or Danish) would be advantageous. Working directly with the Recruitment Manager and the Talent Acquisition team, this role is focused on reporting and coordinating the hiring process throughout the EMEA region and therefore requires extensive administration and organisation skills. Exposure to HR systems is also required with the preferred programme being Taleo. With key responsibility for arranging and scheduling interviews across multiple timezones, you will be an organised character with prior exposure to corporate recruitment administration. This is a fixed term contract that is expected to last for 6 months. Dependant upon future hiring plans and the value that the individual adds to the team, this could be extended / made permanent so flexibility is required beyond these initial timeframes.
