The Opportunity: Working as an Account Manager for high profile Financial Services clients, you will work on an EMEA wide basis with operational and account relationship management responsibilities. Using your commercial and business acumen you will take responsibility for the day to day operations of the account concentrating on service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage the client relationships from a regional operational perspective Identify, investigate and resolve issues and troubleshoot problems Work with the Operations department to ensure accounts are set-up and administered efficiently and effectively. Candidate Profile As the EMEA Account Manager you will have a proven background in client services and service delivery to high profile accounts. With a strong operational bias your background will enable you to build strong and effective client relationships and maintaining relationships with a group of prestigious clients across the financial services sector.
