Working in an innovative and forward-thinking business, you will take on a fixed-term contract role within the marketing department as the email marketing assistant. Managing multiple high quality campaigns directed at large databases of people, you will create and deploy emails, along with assisting the Head of Email Marketing in the investigation of email problems and in the troubleshooting of issues. Some responsibilities in this role will include: - Co-manage inboxes and calendars to ensure campaigns meet tight deadlines - Produce and delivery campaigns including response boosters, targeted mailings, and newsletters - Test and validate third party HTML - Work across departments to create consistent and creative campaigns In order to successful in your application for this role it is essential that you are an advanced user of HTML and CSS, and have knowledge of current best practice in the area. You will need to be detail-orientated, and experienced in the use of databases to produce mail-outs. Though they are not essential, additional desirable skills include basic SQL, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop, along with any experience in web marking and reporting.
