The Opportunity This will be a 6 month contract. As an Email Assistant you will work alongside the Head of Marketing to manage high quality marketing campaigns to a database of students and other B2B marketing campaigns. You will provide support to the Head of Marketing via email communications and problem-solving tasks, ironing out errors that arise. The desired candidate will bring fresh ideas to the company and use their initiative to enhance development. Key Responsibilities • Co-manage the mail box and calendar, ensuring that correspondence and emails meet the company standard within their allocated deadlines • Using creativity, and personalisation techniques to design and manage multiple email campaigns such as newsletters and boosters towards targeted audiences • Test and validate third-party HTML to ensure high standards and deliverance • Ensure compliance with the email marketing best practice • Uphold consistency and coherence between targeting and creativity of campaigns by working with the Sales, Marketing and Campaign Management teams • The Candidate Good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task to meet expectations. Basic HTML, and CSS skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). Motivated and target-driven. You will be a contentious worker with an eye for detail, using past experience in marketing and web site reporting analytics to strengthen performance.
