The Account Manager will take responsibility for a number of existing customers ensuring overall client growth, satisfaction, and retention. This position is the single point of contact for a moderate number of accounts, so the ideal candidate should be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects for several client contacts. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or possess corresponding demonstrable e-commerce industry experience, have proven client facing and account management ability, a strong understanding of and natural enthusiasm for online marketing. An additional European language will provide a distinct advantage, as will direct experience from within the IT hardware, internet retail or gaming industries.
