Our client, a leading service provider based near Oxford, is currently looking for a Publisher Liaison Executive with fluent Dutch and English to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer service across a portfolio of publishers, handling queries in a timely and accurate manner, and ensuring KPI and SLA targets are met at all times through maintaining an up to date computer based record of publisher records, information and journal prices. In addition to this it is expected that the candidate will liaise closely with Publisher Account Managers to promote efficient working practices, working effectively as a team member to ensure the department runs smoothly at all times, especially during busy peak periods where colleagues may need extra assistance. The successful candidate will possess excellent spoken and written communication skills, whilst being self motivated with strong computer skills. The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is also necessary to function adequately as part of the multilingual team in the office. The capacity to speak and write fluent English and Dutch to a business level is also imperative to this role.
