A leading multinational Financial Services provider with global headquarters based in Windsor, Berkshire, is seeking an experienced Direct Marketing Manager to form part of their expanding marketing department. The successful candidate will plan direct marketing strategy with full budgetary control, manage multiple direct mail campaigns to both the existing and target audience, and measure campaign effectiveness and with a return on investment focus. Working closely with senior managers you will be devising data-driven strategy to ensure that effective targeting and market segmentation is in place. Your day-to-day duties in this newly created position will include development of a direct communications strategy, preparation of project plans for strategy proposal, implementation of campaigns via external agency and supplier management, and all subsequent campaign analytics and management reporting. Our client requires a demonstrable background with Direct Marketing coupled with proven analytical and problem-solving skills. You will also be a strong communicator with an interest in the Financial Services sector. Industry experience is preferred.
