Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is currently seeking a Database Administrator to be based at their HQ offices. Duties will include but not be limited to: • Entry of information onto the database • Liaison with healthcare professionals to resolve discrepancies and questions • Producing reports as required throughout the year • Acting as a point of knowledge and answering questions from healthcare professionals and internal staff • Close liaison with the Regulatory department Skills and knowledge required for the role: • Extremely efficient and organised • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Adaptable and able to deal with pressurised environment • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to take the initiative • Willingness to be responsible for tasks and their own actions • Excellent computer skills; good knowledge of Word and Outlook is essential; experience with working with Excel • Basic knowledge of medical terminology or willingness to learn medical terminology is an advantage • Fluency in English (written and spoken) Excellent communication skills are essential, together will a high level of IT literacy. You will be highly organised with the ability to perform well under pressure and work to strict deadlines. You will have demonstrable skills gained from experience within a similar role.
