Our Dublin based client, a well-established organisation within the telecoms and technical sector, currently recruiting for a Danish-speaking Customer Support Advisor with Norwegian and/or Swedish. This role also requires candidates to be completely fluent in written and verbal English. This is a very varied and challenging role, incorporating many aspects of sales support, up selling, customer services and technical support. In order to be considered for this role you must have a strong desire to provide first class professional services via email and over the telephone and strive towards providing clients with the highest possible level of customer services. The role is also associated with resolving technical queries and requests. Said role is associated with the following responsibilities: - Troubleshooting customer queries and requests via email and over the telephone, utilising a variety of electronic and online support options · - Ensuring that a problem is pursued from initial contact to final resolution, in accordance with guidelines and procedures, whilst using one's own incentive as and when needed - Regularly updating and maintaining the knowledgebase system on a regular basis - Schedule day-to–day responsibilities and work towards targets and quotas - Develop technical expertise and keep up-to-date on new developments and technologies - Actively promote and sell products (and services) In this position you will be expected to liaise with internal, as well as external clients/customer. The position is suited to a lively and extrovert individual, with a strong personality, highly developed interpersonal skills and a naturally, a professional telephone manner. Strong communication skills, an analytical mind and the ability to act upon one's incentive are considered prerequisites, as are the motivation to solve and see problems through from start to finish. My client requires the successful candidate to manifest a flexible and adaptable approach and work ethics. Although this is a customer services role, any previous exposure to a sales driven environment will be considered beneficial. Furthermore, applicants with additional European languages are encouraged to apply. My client has expressed a desire for candidates to possess experience of having worked in a technical environment and/or a technical qualification. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a starting salary of approx. 19.5k EUR upwards and a very generous benefits package.
