Our client, a provider of specialist products with sales predominantly in the UK and Europe is currently hiring a Customer Service Specialist with French and Italian language skills, to join their team on a permanent basis.
As a Customer Support Specialist the successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with orders for customers in the UK, France and Italy. The successful candidate will therefore need to be able to communicate effectively on a business level in French, Italian and English to support customers and build strong working relationships.
The company offers full training on their products, processes and internal systems, however prior experience in a B2B customer support role would be highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills both written and spoken, you will be comfortable working in a small team and good IT skills.
Based in the Wokingham area this role is commutable by both public transport from Wokingham and neighbouring towns. In return the company is offering a competitive salary and are looking for the Customer Support Specialist to start as soon as possible.
