Our client, a leading firm based in Slough is currently seeking a Customer Support Project Assistant to join their team on an ongoing temp basis. This is a varied role where you will be responsible supporting various different projects within a customer service environment (returns / repairs / RMA / supply chain). The Project Support aspect of this role requires a pro-active and tenacious character who is able to analyse procedures in detail and then to be able to create logical and realistic ideas as to how processes within a customer support / supply chain team can be improved. The position also requires around 25% of administration support for various different team members. Duties include booking flights and accommodation, facilities administration, liaisons with suppliers, producing expense reports and other general ad hoc duties. It is likely that the successful applicant will possess good numeric / analytical skills with excellent attention to detail, be flexible and enthusiastic, highly organised and work well under pressure in a team as well as on their own initiative. You will also acquire excellent communication and negotiation skills and a good understanding of all Microsoft Office Applications. Our client is easily commutable by car and train from locations such as Reading, Windsor, Maidenhead, West London, Staines, Egham, Ascot.
