Key Responsibilities:
- Provide extensive customer support
- Provide strong research capability and information to customers
- Deal with first line support queries on the system from internal and external customers
- Working in a matrix framework, you will work with other departments to deliver the highest levels of customer delivery and service
What you need to apply:
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Good research and problem solving capability
- A proactive approach, if you see something needs doing, participate and get it done
- An interest in social media and PR/media is advantageous
