Key responsibilities
- Working as part of the Customer Success Team you will gather and track data on how the platform is being used
- Engage with customers to obtain feedback and provide case studies and reports on successes to internal and external stakeholders
- Provide end user platform training and coaching as needed whilst resolving any queries
- Identifying new customer opportunities to generate more revenue
- Liaise with other departments to achieve the highest levels of customer delivery and service
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Great understanding of CRM systems including SalesForce
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone
- A proactive approach and a fast learner with excellent attention to detail
