Our client; a leading organisation near Reading are currently seeking a Customer/Order Processor with German to join their team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and processing all customer orders from Germany and liaising with other departments to ensure timely resolution. You will be required to maintain accurate records on the database of all transactions that are being processed, provide excellent customer service, answering all enquiries and ensuring parts that are not in stock are ordered in, creating and filing purchase orders and managing emails. Ideally the prospective candidate will have had previous order processing / Customer Service experience utilising their language skills. To be considered for this role you must be able to speak German to a native fluent level as well as excellent English. Good communication skills are key for this position.
