Our leading client is looking for a German speaking Customer Support Administrator to join their Customer Support Department. In this role you will be the primary contact for internal and external customers, logging all new service requests raised by telephone, email and web into the relevant CRM system and following defined processes, including SLAs. You will be monitoring the email systems for customer alarms and then assigning all incidents to the technical staff. It will be your responsibility to co ordinate and schedule engineering activity and generating reports as and when required. Our client is looking for an organised candidate with a commonsense approach. As you will be the primary point of contact for customers it is essential you have a fantastic telephone manner being fluent speaking and polite at all times. To be a team player and able to motivate team members is vital to encourage maximum effort at all times. To have awareness of Service Level Agreements would be beneficial but not essential. You must be fluent in German. To also be fluent in French or Dutch would be an advanatge but not essential.
