The Opportunity Acting as a main point of contact for customers calling in to the company, you will be supervising a small team and providing solutions to queries, issue refunds or compensation, assist in creating orders, and generally be a source of information for customers. You will meet with other members of the team to discuss ways to improve the overall service of the company. You will be responsible as well for entering orders onto the system, and participating in and delivering training when necessary. Key Responsibilities • Training staff to deliver high level of customer service • Customer assistance • Producing standards for the team to work to • Write reports to analyse customer service quality The Candidate This is a role well-suited for someone who is looking to work quite independently and utilise their self-motivation and has previous supervisory or team leader experience. As someone who is meticulous about detail, you will ensure that customers are given a five star experience whenever possible and that queries and complaints are managed in a timely manner.
