The successful applicant will have proven experience in office or call centre high-volume telephone-based customer service; fielding enquiries, directing and escalating calls and dealing with complaints in a polite and efficient manner. Experience in all of these areas is essential. This role is offered with an IMMEDIATE START date of Monday 10th August.
