The Opportunity Acting as a main point of contact for customers calling in to the company, you will be providing solutions to queries, issue refunds or compensation, assist in creating orders, and generally be a source of information for customers. You will meet with other members of the team to discuss ways to improve the overall service of the company. You will be responsible as well for entering orders onto the system, and participating in and delivering training when necessary.
