We are looking for an experienced retail Customer Services manager (call centre) who is highly organised, with a good eye for detail, and knows how to run a professional, customer centric and proactive customer service department. You must be able to identify and implement best practice and train and recruit staff accordingly. You must also be able to manage relationships with the warehouse and delivery companies ensuring orders and returns are delivered on time and to expected standard. Working in a small customer service department so you must be hands on, with a can do attitude. Experience within retail customer services essential, and preferably within the furniture industry.
