Our client, based in central Windsor is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their busy team. This role is based in a modern office environment working on a shift pattern basis and hours are between 8am & 7pm Monday – Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to all client customer service queries to agreed levels/standards; you will maintain all relevant databases and escalate issues and complaints where appropriate. The successful candidate will promote additional services as required and aim to achieve 80% first call resolution levels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be very passionate about providing a high level of customer service at all times, you will be a team player and work equally as well on your own initiative.
