You will be assisting with a range of duties including: · answering telephone and email enquiries · maintaining and managing the customer database · dealing with complaints · wide range of general administrative tasks · ordering stationary · distribution and dispatch of the daily mail Involved throughout the order process you will be taking and dispatching trade orders right through to liaising with freight companies to ensure timely delivery. You must be comfortable dealing with people from all levels of business as your input will be welcomed to help resolve problems and queries.
