Our client is a leading IT company working with clients on a global basis. Working with companies through a wide variety of sectors. They are currently looking to recruit for a Multilingual Order Processing Administrator to work in a busy and fast moving department. This is initially a six-month maternity cover contract. The ideal mother tongue language would be German, though French, Spanish and Italian speakers will also be considered. Duties will include: - Process orders and quotations efficiently and professionally - Maintaining accurate records on their database of all transactions that are being processed - Customer service making existing clients aware of order status' and further software / services that are available - Creating and filing purchase orders - Managing online cases, emails and licence requests - Dealing with requests for technical assistance from users experiencing licensing / software-related issues - Applying troubleshooting techniques to verify and introduce solutions Ideally the prospective candidate will have had previous order processing / administration experience utilising their language skills. With strong IT skills, you will be an effective communication both internally and externally. £18000 - 22000 per annum (pro rata for the contract length). Based in Reading (Berkshire), this role is commutable from locations such as Bracknell, Ascot, Wokingham, Slough, Maidenhead, Basingstoke and Camberley.
