Our client, a world-leading Pharmaceutical/Medical technology corporation focusing on the business areas of Life and Analytical Sciences, Optoelectronics, and Fluid Sciences are currently looking to hire a fluent French and Italian speaking Customer Service agent. This is a 12 month contract focusing on working with existing clients to get them to transfer to purchasing products online (via a new e-commerce facility) from traditional telephone based methods. Established for over 70 years, this large multi-national organisation employs in excess of 8000 staff worldwide. This target-driven position will work with sales, customer care and e-business operations to meet sales growth within all e-commerce applications and services. You will be a motivated language speaker who is confident talking to high-level employees within their existing client base. This is a warm sales focused role where you will be upselling e-commerce services and training them on how to use these applications. Based in Buckinghamshire (within 10 miles east of High Wycombe), this role is only commutable by car (or other methods of private transport). Commutable locations include Watford (Hertfordshire), Uxbridge (Middlesex), Slough (Berkshire, Maidenhead, Beaconsfield, Amersham and High Wycombe. Remuneration is split between three payment types: a basic hourly rate of £7.22 per hour, holiday pay of £0.73 per hour and then a bonus payment (performance related) of up to £600 per month. On top of this in the twelfth month there would be a potential maximum bonus of £2000 (performance related). This equates to a maximum potential salary of £23,000 per annum.
