Our client, an international meetings, events and communications agency based in South Bucks, is looking for an enthusiastic bi-lingual English/French Customer Services Executive for a 3 MONTH CONTRACT. The ideal candidate will have travel booking experience and will feel confident liaising with clients from across Europe. The role of the Customer Service Executive is to provide a first class customer service experience to to their clients. Key Responsibilities: o To communicate with clients by phone and email in French & English. o To answer all client queries in a timely manner. o To coordinate travel bookings. This role is commutable from Windsor, Amersham, Maidenhead, Henley On Thames, Marlow and Gerrards Cross. The package offers a competitive salary plus company benefits.
