Customer Service Specialist with Spanish language skills (combined with Italian, German, French or Dutch) required for a leading company in their industry based in Cambridge. Salary pays £20,000 -£23,000 per annum plus benefits, full-time hours Monday-Friday. Full product training will be received.
Working for a leading company the successful candidate will work in a varied customer services role where you will solve customer issues, install applications and train new customers on these applications. You will also support the sales department with lead generation and sales administration activities.
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, any of the above additional language skills.
