Our client, based on the outskirts of Cambridge requires a Spanish speaker to join their customer service team for 2 weeks commencing on Monday,13th June 2016. The successful candidate will possess a confident, articulate and professional telephone manner in Spanish and English. The main responsibility of this role will be to answer inbound helpdesk style calls, liaising with customers before consulting with the appropriate member of the team to ensure the issue is resolved appropriately.
