A well established manufacturer that distributes worldwide to a range of household brand names clients is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative with either Spanish or Italian language skills to join an existing team on a 12 month, fixed term contract basis.
The successful candidate will ideally be able to demonstrate a proven track record in customer-service, order processing or sales support , you will be highly organised with excellent communication, I.T. and organisational skills.
The key purpose of this position is to achieve an excellent level of customer service assisting in the handling and processing of sales enquiries and orders from an international client base. You will assist the Sales Manager in requesting and sending quotations and samples, preparing sales information for client visits and on occasions attending sales meetings.
