Our client, a multinational manufacturing company based in Buckinghamshire, is looking for an experienced Customer Services Representative to join their global client-facing department. Fluent French and English are required for this excellent position. Applications from candidates with an additional language will be given preference. Experienced in an order processing/customer services environment, you will be a bright and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a team environment. Key duties of this role will include: • Liaising with business customers regarding product enquiries, to confirm orders, gather additional information as necessary and keep them informed of progress. • Accurate and timely entry of orders onto the order management system. • Checking progress, lead-time and quantity for each order. • Liaising with planning/purchasing to ensure customer orders are prioritised and progressed appropriately and service levels are met. • Ensuring clear and correct despatch instructions, i.e. terms of delivery, forwarder details, are provided to the despatch team. • Proactively informing customers of order/shipment discrepancies and providing the intended resolution plan.
