Our client, based near Slough is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join their busy team. Your role will be to provide excellent customer service undertaking a mixture of inbound and outbound calls to a mixture of B2B and B2C clients (approx 30-60 calls per day). Alongside this you will be expected to upsell services including insurance, packing and upgrading service delivery. Possession of at least intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) is essential as the role also holds an administrative element. Our client is looking for an individual who is punctual and well presented with a positive can do attitude. You must have a clear and articulate voice and prior exposure to working in a B2B call centre environment as you will be speaking frequently to blue chip customers and so must appear professional at all times. Excellent geographical knowledge is essential as you will be required to give realistic delivery timeframes to customers. This will be assessed during the interview process. This is a varied role so you must be an individual who enjoys multi tasking and who is extremely organised. Due to the clients location, it is preferred that you have your own means of transport as the nearest bus stop is approximately 15-20 minutes walk from their offices.
